We offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at support@esorstudio.com. Once you have submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. If the returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage we will be unable to process the refund.

Our pieces are made true to size. The fit + sizing for each piece are written on the individual product descriptions. All our products are designed and ethically made in Los Angeles.

Orders within the US typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 6-10 business days after your order is shipped. We do our best to ship your product to you as quickly as possible. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email us at support@esorstudio.com and we will help make sure any issues are resolved.

For international orders, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your package to arrive.

Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. Esor is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you. Thank you for your understanding.
